01Who we are
This notice explains how ROHK uses your personal information. We are the data controller, which means we decide how your information is used and we're responsible for looking after it.

02What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. That happens in three ways:
- Our quote form. Your name, phone number and postcode, plus your email if you add it, and the details you pick about the job — the type of work, surface, rough size and timing.
- Phone calls and emails. Whatever you tell us when you contact us directly.
- Carrying out a job. Your address, the work agreed, and payment and guarantee records.
We don't collect special category information such as health or ethnicity, and our site isn't aimed at children.
03How we use it, and why
Data protection law requires a lawful reason for each way we use your information. Here is every one:

We never use your details for marketing, sell them, or share them with anyone for their own purposes.
05How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it:

| Customer and job records | For the length of your 10-year guarantee, so we can honour it |
| Accounting and tax records | 6 years, as required by HMRC |
06Your rights
You have the right to:
- See the information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong or incomplete.
- Delete your information, where we don't need to keep it.
- Restrict or object to how we use it.
- Receive a copy of it in a portable format.

07How to complain
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right.
